1. Do you have MOQ for your lights?
  -No, order with 1pc is acceptable to us. But for some models, like UV IR, cloning/seedling, and RQ100w lights, we’d like to suggest to take with a least 2pcs to get a better shipping price!

2. Can I get my lights for customization?
  -Yes, for customization, please directly contact via juliet@redfarmhydro.com or whatsapp +86 183 7112 2596.

3. Where the lights shipped from?
- We arrange for the shipping from US warehouse or China factory directly.

4. How long should I wait for my lights to arrive after the payment is finished?
 -Orders from US warehouse will be arrived within 9days(excluding weekends and public holidays), and about 9-15days to reach to you from China factory.

5. Can I have a better shipping price for more than 1pc?
   -If you want to have a better shipping price for a big quantity, please directly contact via juliet@redfarmhydro.com or whatsapp+86 183 7112 2596.

6. Can I have a tracking number when the lights are sent?
  -Yes, we will provide with the tracking number when it’s available.

7. What if my lights get lost?
   -It’s nearly happened during the transit, don’t worry! If the tracking show the lights are delivered but actually they’re not reached out to you, please check with your family or friends if they have received your parcels. Or call the postman directly to check where the parcels are put. We’ll also track the updates every day, and inform the estimate arrival date, so that you can make yourself ready for the lights to arrive in advance to avoid any of mistakes.
