Warranty

As one of the led grow lights leading manufacturers in China, Redfarm believes that quality is the priority, and we strictly follow the quality standards during the production. Here we promise, we provide 5 years standard warranty, and will respond within 24hours if any issues.

 NOTE: UV IR Series lights come with 1 year warranty, G5 Seedling/Cloning Series bars come with 2 years warranty, and for 650w Led light with ballast, we provide no warranty.

 The customers don’t need to pay for shipping cost when honoring the warranty, but to get the issues solved asap, please help to send us the pictures or videos of the defective products, and tell us what is problem you’re facing. Your cooperation means a lot to us!
